Discover your senses and sensory processing
Workshop conducted with children, adolescents and adults in which we talk about the existence of 8 senses; instead of the 5 that we traditionally know (sight, hearing, taste, smell, touch, proprioceptive, vestibular and interoceptive).
Next, the participants are divided into subgroups and are briefly given an explanation of how each of the senses works, and they experience firsthand some examples of sensory processing difficulties.
