Occupational therapists, as healthcare professionals, must implement evidence-based practice (EBP) to ensure high-quality healthcare and patient safety.
The application of EBP enables healthcare professionals to make clinical decisions supported by the best available and up-to-date clinical information, expert experience, and patient preferences.
To achieve this, it is essential that professionals develop solid scientific skills that allow them to appropriately interpret and apply evidence in their daily practice.

The first step of this project was to monitor the scientific skills, research merits, and preferences in the topics and types of resources of this group through a cross-sectional observational study that will be developed with Spanish-speaking occupational therapists: HACTO Screen
